The position is entirely remote, employing telehealth technologies to provide flexible, convenient services to clients. You'll work from the comfort of your home, using digital tools designed for effective online therapy engagement. The telehealth platform we utilize is user-friendly and secure, ensuring both therapist and client have a seamless and private experience during sessions. You’ll have the freedom to choose your working hours from Monday to Friday, granting you autonomy over your schedule.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to ascertain clients’ mental health needs and status.
• Design, develop, and implement customized treatment plans that align with the individual goals of each client.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to their specific situations.
• Facilitate crisis interventions as needed, employing de-escalation strategies and emergency support methods.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mental health counseling.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and participate in regular team meetings to share insights, improve practices, and uphold high treatment standards.

Our client base consists largely of adults navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. You will have the opportunity to tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual, employing a range of modalities that resonate best with your style and the client’s preferences. • A valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent credentials.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing a diverse caseload effectively.

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with online therapy platforms.
• Previous work in a community health clinic or a similar setting, showcasing an ability to handle varying client needs.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care approaches.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 based on your caseload and experience.
