Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Hopeful Steps, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Design, implement, and continually adjust personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs and therapeutic goals.

  • Regularly monitor and document client progress, ensuring clear communication and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention support, employing techniques to de-escalate situations and provide clients with immediate coping strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards within the field.
  • Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Engage in ongoing educational opportunities and supervision sessions to refine your clinical skills and stay updated on the latest mental health research.
