School-Based Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Pittston, PA
Schedule: Full-time, school day hours beginning immediately. This position will support a Middle School student to begin and then transition to additional school-based 1:1 support. Consistent hours!

What You'll Do as a BHT

  • Provide services to children and adolescents in a school-based setting.
  • Implement behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA or Behavior Consultant.
  • Collect data, complete session documentation, and help children build meaningful skills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with children required; experience with challenging behaviors highly preferred
  • Must be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors
  • Completion of the 40 Hour RBT training, 3rd edition task list. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation
  • Current clearances (within 12 months) required
