Job description

Are you an experienced RBT ready to escape the corporate cookie-cutter mold and help build something truly special? Aspire has been a trusted, clinician-owned provider of pediatric therapies since 2015, and we have officially launched our brand-new ABA service line. We are looking for 1-2 foundational RBTs to join us at the ground floor. Here, you wonโ€™t practice ABA in isolation -- in addition to close mentorship by our experienced BCBAs, you will also have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that includes our established speech, OT, and PT teams. If you want your voice heard, value a sustainable workload, and are looking for a company that offers robust mentorship, this is your opportunity to grow with a program from day one.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Aspire, you are a vital member of a new and growing team who delivers 1:1 treatment for our clients (kids!). You will directly support the success and development for our clients and their families. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

About Aspire:
Aspire was founded in 2015 by a clinician with the goal of providing speech therapy to families. Through feedback from families, additional service lines were added including OT, PT, Mental Health, feeding and pelvic floor services. We are dedicated to providing quality, comprehensive, clinical services to help support families succeed.ย

    • Based on availability and performance, you have access to Student Analyst Supervision and support toward obtaining your BCBA credential.
    • Paid Training, RBT exam fee reimbursement, recertification costs covered, ability to shadow different professionals and explore your unique path.ย
    • Multi-Disciplinary Team: You have the support of, and connection with, teammates in ABA, speech, OT, PT, and mental health as well as the ability to explore paths into these areas of practice.ย
  • Work/Life Balance: Paid Time Off
  • 100% Company-paid benefits (for employees averaging 30+ hours/week)
  • Insurance: Health, vision, dental, long term disability, and life insurance (for those averaging 30 hours or more per week.
  • Retirement Savings: 401K with company match
  • Mileage: Paid mileage between clientโ€™s homes and/or the clinic.

What We Need From You:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Experience: Prior BT experience required; 1+ years of experience preferred.
  • Dependability: Reliability is crucial for childrenโ€™s success.
