In-Home: Macomb Township | ⏰ 25–30 hrs/week | ☀️ Daytime Hours

My Time 2 Launch, a neurodiversity-affirming, BCBA-led company, is seeking a compassionate, physically engaged BT/RBT to work one-on-one with a young child in Macomb Township, currently receiving all services in the home setting. This is not your average ABA case — and we're not looking for an average candidate.

About This Role Your client is an energetic, lovable young child with a complex, multiply-diagnosed profile who communicates primarily through gestures, vocalizations, and an AAC device. Programming targets functional communication, attending, imitation, and school-readiness skills — with the ultimate goal of community and school reintegration. Behavior intervention is a core and active component of this case. All behaviors are function-based, well-documented in a formal BIP, and directly supervised by a nationally recognized clinician. You will never be left to figure it out alone.

What You Need to Know This is a high-support case that calls for someone who is calm, grounded, creative — and genuinely fun. At My Time 2 Launch, we have a saying: if you aren't having fun, you aren't doing your job properly. The best BTs bring playfulness and ingenuity to even the most challenging moments. If you've worked with children who have co-occurring diagnoses, complex behavioral presentations, or significant communication differences — and you left those experiences hungry for more — this role was written for you. Working under the direction of a nationally recognized BCBA means you'll be constantly learning, growing, and building clinical skills that will define your career.

You're a Great Fit If You: ✔ Are patient, playful, and emotionally regulated under pressure ✔ Have experience with complex, multiply-diagnosed children — and thrive in that environment ✔ Can navigate significant behavioral complexity without taking it personally ✔ Bring creativity and flexibility to every session ✔ Are committed to neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based ABA ✔ Follow written protocols consistently and collect accurate data ✔ Hold your RBT certification — or are ready to earn it (we train motivated candidates)

What We Offer Competitive pay | Direct supervision by a nationally recognized BCBA | RBT training & credentialing support | A mission-driven team that leads with heart, humor, and clinical excellence
