Description:

What to expect:

  • We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community based settings

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.

  • Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

  • Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.

  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications:
