Job Summary:
The Waterfront Rescue Mission, recognized in 2025 as one of the Best Christian Workplaces in the country, ishiring a positive, highly productive, safety-minded and team oriented associate to join our team at the Waterfront Online Store in Pensacola, FL!!
Under the supervision of the Online Store Manager, identifies premium donations with a potential for high value sale online. Collects these better donations and lists them for sale on the appropriate platform. Assistsin managing inventory and preparing items for shipment. Performs all reasonably related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: Ability to read and write. Must be able to adapt to changes in incoming items as volume and frequency of donations varyfrom day-to-day. Experience in online selling preferred.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify high value soft goods such as clothing, shoes, and purses for online posting and sale.
  • Manage online sales accounts on platforms such as eBay, BigCommerce, and Facebook Marketplace.
  • Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and persuasive descriptions, pricing, and high quality visuals.
  • Monitor inventory levels, update stock availability, and coordinate with the in-store team to ensureaccurate product information.
  • Process online orders promptly and accurately, including packaging, shipping, and tracking.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintainpositive feedback and ratings.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, competition, and best practices to enhance our online presence anddrive continuous improvement.
