Job Summary:
Marathon TS is currently hiring for a TS/SCI level cleared Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team to support our Intelligence customer in Springfield, VA. The role involves working on a development team to develop and maintain a Platform as a Service (PaaS) capability across multiple security domains, ensuring compliance and supporting various data services.
Responsibilities:
• O&M of existing Red Hat OpenShift environment across multiple security domains in both Cloud and datacenter (vSphere) environments
• Support OpenShift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, RedHat GitOps
• Deploy OpenShift to new sites as they come online
• Work with internal and external teams to understand integration requirements and scale existing platforms to meet them
• Work with Security to ensure ongoing compliance and develop secure solutions
• Support data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elastic Stack
• Compile detailed documentation
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5-8 years of engineering experience
• Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA
• O&M of existing Red Hat OpenShift environment across multiple security domains in both Cloud and datacenter (vSphere) environments
• Support OpenShift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, RedHat GitOps
