Online Advertising is one of the fastest growing businesses on the Internet today, with about $70 billion of a $600 billion advertising market already online. Search engines, web publishers, major ad networks, and ad exchanges are now serving billions of ad impressions per day and generating terabytes of user events data every day. In the world of LLM with agent flourishing, we are a team of engineers, PMs and designers that is tasked to find and render the ads with most appealing layout, and contribute to the overall bing/MSAN revenue.
To help us achieve our ambitious goals to significantly grow the ads delivering and increase adoption of our MSAN platform, we are looking for a collaborative Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our team. The role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to ads UX and associated infrastructure for ads serving.   • To work with Design/PM/partner teams to come up the suitable UX design.
  • To build versatile rendering UX package/library on various platform.
  • To use data processing and monitoring system to analyze the system performance and drive the improvement on full ads stack.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:
  • 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in JavasScript or TypeScript.
  • 3+ years experience building production UI with modern frameworks such React.js, WebComponents, Vue.js or Angular.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience building, maintaining and debugging complex web applications across dev, staging, and production environments, including multi-region, multilingual, cross-platform, and multi-component systems.

Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
