Job description

Emplify Health is seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team to make a lasting impact on healthcare delivery with a primary focus on supporting ITDS initiatives across the enterprise.
Job Specifics:
Location: 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301
FTE Status: Full-Time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Days | Monday - Friday | No weekends or holidays

Job Description:
  • Lead small to mid-scale IT projects and functional initiatives within the ITDS area, managing priorities and deliverables with confidence.
  • Apply advanced project management concepts and tools to keep projects on track, on budget, and on time.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, break work into actionable steps, and drive effective execution.
  • Continuously assess project performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Partner closely with IT and business stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 1-4 years' experience in project management or group facilitation, Preferred
  • Project management mastery: Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). PMP Certification beneficial
  • Relationship builder: Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Desired experience: Strong IT experience or background with IT-focused project management experience preferred.
