Luxury Residential Home Builder / Pool Construction Company is searching for a Project Manager.


The job duties are as follows:


- Attend sales pitch meetings with high end clientele

- Active management of subcontractors for pool construction projects throughout their project lifecycle

- Provide detailed updates using Buildertrend weekly or as required

- Provide proposals, assist with selections, and process/bill out customer change orders in Buildertrend

- Perform pool school training for new pool owners


The best candidate will possess the following:


- 3 to 5 years pool building experience

- Excellent in-person presentation skills

- Detailed oriented and great follow up

- Experience with an online project management software
