EPS Corporation is looking for Program Manager Serves as the single point of accountability, managing a global IT services workforce supporting U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS) C4ISR and distribution operations. The PM owns cost, schedule, quality, and staffing outcomes.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary interface with the KO and COR; direct all contractor personnel and set work schedules
  • Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, including org chart, staffing plan, subcontractor management plan, and recruiting/retention plan
  • Deliver the Monthly Status and Cost Report and lead quarterly In-Process Reviews
  • Own performance against the QASP, manage the Risk Register, and manage Phase I to Phase II transition/descoping execution
  • Ensure staffing fill milestones: Key Personnel
  • Accountable for prime and subcontractor quality, and Section 508 compliance

Work Location: Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, with enterprise oversight of all CONUS/OCONUS sites.
Required Qualifications, Certifications & Experience
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience leading DoD or Federal IT services efforts of comparable size, scope, and complexity
  • SECRET clearance (final, adjudicated) at minimum; U.S. citizenship as required for clearance
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site government IT services programs (recommended: PMP; bachelor's/master's in a relevant field)
  • ITIL Foundation or higher; ISO 9001:2015 quality-management familiarity
