All applicants are expected to meet the California State Community College Minimum Qualifications for Political Science instructors (below). Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee employment or an interview

PLEASE NOTE: Assignment may include teaching in person/on campus. The anticipated Political Science courses are Intro to Political Science and American Politics. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Master's in political science, government, or international relations; OR Bachelor's in any of the above; AND Master's in economics, history, public administration, social science, sociology, any ethnic studies, JD or LL.B.; OR The equivalent; AND Demonstrated evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds in a community college environment
