Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to the successful execution of our projects. As a Marketing Specialist, you will lead scalable end to end digital experiences, focusing on digital strategy and campaign optimization to create audience first journeys that drive measurable business results.
This position is located in our Fairfax,VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.
Develop and execute targeted social media ad campaigns.
Create compelling video campaigns for brand visibility.
Design and implement email marketing newsletters.
Contribute to website design for optimized user experience.
Develop and edit high-quality graphics, videos, and photos.
Integrate AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance SEO.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors or Masters in English, Communication, Art, or related field
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
Experience with photography, videography, and video production.
Strong ability to craft and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Expertise in data driven insights for optimizing social media content.
Ability to design impactful social media post templates.
Experience in organizing online photo storage software.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,600.00 $121,100.00.
