POSITION SUMMARY
The Order Operations AskMe is responsible for answering associate questions, in a fast-paced environment, regarding procedures and order processes, for the Sr. Order Entry Associate to process the orders accurately and in a timely manner. Other duties within the role include emailing the Corporate Sales Support teams with Order Issues to provide an answer to the Sr. Order Entry Associates, processing orders, processing emails, updating Salesforce for tasks or handoff quality issues and other duties as assigned.

- Responsible for answering questions that associates may have.
- Ability to give clear instructions in a step-by-step manner.

- Ability to patiently coach associates where to go to find answers.
- Ability to answer questions, often the same ones repeatedly, in a cheerful and friendly manner.
- Perform "Ask Me" duties in production, answer procedural questions of associates.

- Must be able to work 40 hours per week along with overtime as needed.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to attend and successfully complete Leadership Training.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- 1 or more seasons experience in Harry & David Corporate Sales Division.
- Experience with the requirements of a Sr. Order Entry Associate required.
- Detail oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) for effective interaction with all levels of company personnel.
- Ability to participate in a team-oriented environment.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $16.75. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
