Job description

This position functions under direct supervision and established protocols, Operates various telecommunications equipment including: Physician Answering Services, Paging System, PA System ,Fire Alarm Circuits, and other specialized circuits used for answering incoming calls, and monitoring equipment failures and security breaches. 

Education: High School Graduate or equivalent .
Experience: One or more years experience in PBX operations and General Office Practices. Familiarity with telephone communications technique and basic computer software. Entering, accessing and /or retrieving data will be a significant part of the job. The Operator will need to be able to use Microsoft Office, EXCEL and Outlook proficiently, FAX copier /printer.
