What You'll Do

As General Manager, you will:

  • Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of instructors and front desk staff
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain a positive, accountable team culture aligned with company values
  • Monitor performance and help forecast staffing and operational needs
  • Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care

Schedule
  • Average of 45 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM (shift-based coverage)
  • Occasional Saturdays required
  • Must be available for afternoon and evening shifts
