QUALIFICATIONS:
New York State Teaching Certification in secondary Mathematics is required.
DESCRIPTION:
Seeking candidates for tenure-track probationary math positions. Successful applicants will demonstrate a balanced approach to math instruction, fostering both conceptual understanding and procedural fluency. Key qualifications include strong knowledge of differentiated instruction, strategies for active student engagement, effective use of instructional technology, and assessment practices for progress monitoring and planning.
Rush-Henrietta is looking for math teachers who excel at building relationships with students of diverse ability levels, fostering their confidence and proficiency in mathematics, and who implement culturally responsive teaching practices.
