What are Online Math Teaching Assistants?

Online Math Teaching Assistants are individuals who support students in learning mathematics through virtual platforms. These teaching assistants work alongside teachers or instructors to ensure students receive additional guidance and support outside regular classroom hours. Their goal is to make math more accessible and understandable for learners of various ages and skill levels.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Online Math Teaching Assistant, and why are they important?
