Overview

The Revenue Management Trainee will support the Revenue Growth Management team through data analysis and performance monitoring activities, with a strong focus on promotional effectiveness.

A key responsibility of this role will be to leverage existing RGM tools, including Post-event Analytics promotion performance and Price elasticity, ensuring their consistent adoption and proper application across promotional analyses. The trainee will support data validation and insights generated by these tools, giving recommendations for commercial decisions and maximize the effectiveness of pricing and promotional investments.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical skills and gain exposure to Revenue Growth Management strategies while interaction with different stake holders ( Mkt, Sales, Finance , Insights)


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Promotional Effectiveness & PEA Analysis

  • Support the analysis of promotional performance, ROI, and trade investment effectiveness.
  • Leverage and validate data from the post-event analytics (PEA) tool to ensure accuracy and consistency of insights.
  • Monitor key promotional KPIs and help identify opportunities to improve promotional efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing promotional results and recommendations.

Revenue Management Support

  • Assist with pricing, pack-price architecture, and portfolio performance analyses.
  • Support the tracking of category, brand, and channel performance metrics and leverage the different existing tools to ensure alignment with the global internal view.
  • Help maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and databases used by the Revenue Management team.
  • Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) initiatives through analysis, recommendations and performance tracking.
