OCCU is hiring a Personal Banker (Enrichment Advisor) for our Bend team, offering a starting wage of $23.50$26.00 per hour plus incentives. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a proficiency test earn an extra $2 per hour.

The Enrichment Advisor provides OCCU members with professional, trustworthy service, consistently demonstrating empathy and authenticity.
