Company Overview: Integrated 3D™ LLC (i3D MFG™) is the premier a 3D metal manufacturing company in the Pacific Northwest. The Powder Bed Fusion/Additive Manufacturing & Engineering facility is located in Redmond, OR. We are seeking a select group of experienced, highly motivated, forward-thinking individuals to join our expert team.
Summary of Role: The Accounting Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health, integrity, and operational efficiency of the organization. The Accounting Coordinator works closely with the Controller. This role serves as support for the job functions below.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
• Take responsibility for monitoring emails submitted to our internal AP email.
• Enter invoices into QuickBooks. Correctly allocate expenses to the general ledger per i3D accounting policies.
• Follow up with vendors as necessary to resolve disputes
• Ensure i3D receives and uses credits received from vendors
• Coordinate with receiving department and i3D staff to confirm receipt of goods/services prior to entering invoices
• Manage account information in QuickBooks and with vendors.
Credit Card Reconciliations & Expense Reports:
• Reconcile credit card statements monthly in QuickBooks. Allocate expenses to the general ledger per i3D accounting policies. Collect receipts from staff and maintain organized electronic files.
• Process expense reports to refund staff for i3D business costs.
Purchasing:
• Communicate with all business functions to understand purchasing needs.
• Prepare purchase orders for approval by the Controller.
• Communicate with vendors regarding placed orders and shipping.
Administrative:
• Mail runs to receive/deposit checks
• Purchasing employee morale gift cards for weekly warrior program
• Assist with basic HR and office needs
• Assist the controller with ad hoc assignments
Minimum Requirements:
• Accounting degree
• Prior professional experience
• Good judgment in confidential situations and ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Credibility, ethical, full disclosure and clean financial history
• Confidential, understands the ethical standards of accounting
• Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product
• Accountable for specific performance
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner
• Able to handle multiple tasks and maintain control and order over same
• Good GAAP and financial reporting technical skills
• Exceptional work ethic
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Education
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
