This role is ideal for a highly curious, analytical individual looking to gain hands-on experience working with real-world business data and reporting solutions. Responsibilities:
This role will support several business units within WebMD's organization
  • Mobile Connections
    • Act as a liaison between Sales stakeholders and the Business Intelligence team to support reporting and analytics requests
    • Gather and communicate business requirements to internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects
    • Create, manage, and track project requests within YouTrack while monitoring timelines and deliverables
    • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on reports, dashboards, and deliverables prior to stakeholder distribution
    • Support Sales representatives by prioritizing requests, providing project updates, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
    • Attend status meetings and communicate progress, open items, and next steps to stakeholders and internal teams
    • Collaborate with offshore team members to coordinate execution and maintain effective cross-functional communication
    • Participate in early-morning meetings with global team members as needed to support project alignment and execution
    • Document processes, workflows, and project requirements to support operational efficiency and team organization
  • Consumer Pharma
    • Assist with data collection, validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes
    • Analyze business performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives
    • Help automate recurring reports and improve manual processes where applicable
    • Maintain process documentation, reporting workflows, dashboard logic, and data definitions
    • Support testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance efforts related to dashboards, reporting tools, and data pipelines

  • Have interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, and data organization preferred
  • Experience working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Comfortable working with data and identifying trends or insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be highly organized and comfortable navigating complex environments and projects

  • Have or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Exposure to BI or analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn database querying concepts
    • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or data warehouse concepts is a plus
  • Experience with digital marketing, healthcare, media, or customer analytics preferred
  • Knowledge of KPIs, reporting, and performance measurement concepts
  • Experience using AI tools or automation solutions to improve efficiency is a plus
  • Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in analytics is a plus
