RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a liaison between Sales stakeholders and the Business Intelligence team to support reporting and analytics requests
Gather, document, and communicate business requirements to ensure accurate and timely project delivery
Manage project requests, provide status updates, and support prioritization to ensure deliverables are completed on time
Perform quality assurance and testing on reports, dashboards, data pipelines, and other deliverables prior to stakeholder distribution
Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore/global teams to coordinate execution, maintain communication, and support project alignment
Assist with data collection, validation, cleansing, and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
Document processes, workflows, dashboard logic, and data definitions to improve operational efficiency and team organization
Help automate recurring reports and improve manual processes where applicable
Support additional analytics, reporting, troubleshooting, and project needs as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful candidate must...
Have interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, and data organization preferred
Experience working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets
Comfortable working with data and identifying trends or insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
Be highly organized and comfortable navigating complex environments and projects
Self-starter with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Excel at working both independently and collaboratively
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Have or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

PREFERRED:
Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and reporting concepts
Exposure to BI or analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
Basic understanding of SQL or a willingness to learn database querying concepts
Experience with digital marketing, healthcare, media, or customer analytics
Knowledge of KPIs, reporting, and performance measurement concepts
Experience using AI tools or automation solutions to improve efficiency
Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in analytics
Experience with project management or ticketing systems such as YouTrack, Jira, Asana, or similar tools

Note: Hourly rate: $18.00/hr.
