King Rail Youth & Family Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time telehealth position. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Provide evidence-supported therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's mental health and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.
