Job Summary
Join Springs Charter Schools as an Online Learning Support Technician!
Springs Charter Schools is seeking a skilled and solutions-oriented Online Learning Support Technician to join our growing Online Learning Department. With 1,400+ employees and a rapidly expanding use of instructional technology and digital learning platforms, this role provides essential technical support to staff, students, and families across our programs.

Comments and Other Information
The ideal candidate enjoys solving technology challenges, connecting the dots between multiple systems, and finding practical solutions that improve the online learning experience. This position serves as a key first responder for instructional technology support, helping oversee issues from initial help desk ticket through resolution while collaborating with instructional technology specialists and department leadership. The role also supports technology tool rostering, licensing, contracts, and resources within the Tech Tool Library. Review the job description for a full list of duties and responsibilities.
