  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), trainers, and functional leaders to translate complex technical processes into accessible and meaningful instructional materials.

  • Develop Multimodal Content: Design and author diverse instructional resources ranging from short-form microlearning modules and visual aids to comprehensive troubleshooting guides and quick-reference instructions.

  • Optimize External Content: Evaluate and review vendor-provided training courses, strategically adapting and customizing them to align with internal organizational needs and standards.

  • Manage Project Lifecycles: Oversee multiple simultaneous content development initiatives, ensuring all deliverables meet strategic business priorities and strict project deadlines.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules as operationally required, including occasional evenings or weekends to support manufacturing shift schedules.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional experience creating content within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • High proficiency with Google Suite applications and industry-standard content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline).

  • Strong foundational knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and analytical assessment of learning outcomes.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to safely navigate and work within a manufacturing plant environment while utilizing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities required for media production, such as bending, kneeling, or carrying equipment.
