Troy, AL

Job Summary
  • The Assistant/Associate Professor position in the Sorrell College of Business is a full-time, tenure-track faculty appointment on a ten-month contract, beginning August 1, 2027.
  • The candidate will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in marketing, entrepreneurship, or related areas. Candidates must possess appropriate academic qualifications in marketing, entrepreneurship, or a closely related field. Instruction will be delivered primarily on the Troy Campus, with regular online teaching responsibilities.
  • In addition to teaching, the candidate will be expected to collaborate with the Troy University IDEA Bank Student Entrepreneurship Center; engage in scholarly research and maintain faculty qualifications consistent with AACSB standards; advise students; and provide service to the department, college, university, profession, and community.
Minimum Qualifications

An earned Ph.D. or DBA in Marketing, or closely related field from an AACSB accredited institution. ABD will be considered.
