Job Description Summary
  • Application, including shoveling, sweeping, raking, mechanical assistance, lifting, pushing and pulling of various objects. Ability to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions. Other duties as assigned per supervisor.
  • Starting Pay is $19.50 an hour.

Requirements
  • Must partner with crew members per plan specifications, and if need be, perform tasks of other positions as instructed by crew foreman to ensure daily schedules/estimates are met.
  • Ability to be flexible with last minute schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes. Overtime work required. Out of town/county/state work may be required. Nigh shift work may be required.
  • Usage of various handheld tools.
  • Attendance required according to attendance policy to ensure crew ability to operate at a normal efficiency level.
  • Physical ability to shovel and rake.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Initiative to perform/assist with other positions for job completions.
  • Attitude/cooperation: always maintain courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers, and the general public.
  • Flagger Certification is an essential function of the job and certification will be required to be obtained during new hire orientation.

Preferences
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Drivers license required.

Education/Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
