Job description

Mayvin is seeking a Training Coordinator who will provide administrative support for the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, which combines the efforts of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to locate and apprehend the most dangerous fugitives and assist in high-profile investigations. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation. Responsibilities : * Oversees training facilities, equipment, maintenance, scheduling, and delivery of training for task force and partner law enforcement personnel * Compose and review briefings, reports, and other types of correspondence for accuracy, continuity, and content * Manages training records and documentation while coordinating with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies * Provides tours, demonstrations, and training using the VirTra System Simulator, maintains operational proficiency with the system, and develops tailored training based on specific operational needs * Ensures compliance with established safety protocols and procedures, conducts safety briefings, and addresses emergency procedures and other safety-related matters
