Client Service Coordinator

Location: New Castle, DE (In-Office)

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $22–28 per hour, depending on experience

Necelis CPA is a growing CPA firm looking for an organized, friendly, and dependable Client Service Coordinator to help deliver an outstanding experience for our clients.

If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, learning new technology, and being an important part of a small team, we'd love to meet you.

This position is in-office during training. After successful onboarding and demonstrated performance, employees may become eligible for a hybrid work schedule based on business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Respond to client emails and general questions
  • Assist clients with our secure online document portal
  • Keep clients informed about the status of their work
  • Organize incoming client documents
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and electronic correspondence
  • Help coordinate workflow between clients and our tax team
  • Track outstanding client requests and follow up as needed
  • Support a variety of administrative projects
