Position Summary: Purpose of the Role
  • Support seasonal assortment selection and optimization for direct‑to‑consumer channels
  • Help analyze and report on sell‑through, productivity, and assortment performance by brand
  • Serve as a buyer‑adjacent digital merchandising role focused on data‑informed decisions
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in seasonal and core assortment planning for DTC (by brand, category, and season)
  • Support SKU selection decisions for DTC launches and seasonal refreshes
  • Track and report on sell‑through, productivity, and performance trends across brands
  • Help identify assortment gaps, underperformers, and opportunities by brand/category
  • Maintain ongoing visibility into what is live, new, carryover, or exiting
  • Partner with E‑Commerce, Brand, and Creative teams to:
    • Align assortment priorities
    • Flag SKUs for launch, promotion, or clearance
  • Support basic reporting for leadership (weekly/monthly snapshots)
