Join a team transforming Risk Operations through data, analytics, and intelligent automation. In this role, you will help leaders make faster, better decisions while improving controls and reducing operational friction.

Job summary 

As a Strategy & Data Lead in Risk Operations, you will drive the data, analytics, operational reporting, and intelligent automation agenda across strategic change and day-to-day delivery. You will own solutions end-to-end-from design through continuous improvement-delivering scalable reporting and automation that supports decision-making, control needs, and actionable insights.

Job responsibilities 

  • Deliver on-demand operational reporting and analytics to support leadership needs and project delivery
  • Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve scalable reporting and analytics solutions
  • Develop and maintain data workflows and analysis using SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Identify, lead, and oversee deployment of robotic process automation and intelligent automation solutions to reduce manual effort and error rates
  • Manage intelligent automation governance and attestation activities to support control requirements
  • Drive adoption of low-code solutions to enable scalable workflows and collaboration
  • Modernize collaboration and reporting experiences using enterprise productivity tools
  • Produce executive-ready dashboards, reporting packs, and narratives that communicate insights, progress, and risks
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, action-oriented recommendations for senior leaders
  • Identify and shape high-value AI and machine learning use cases across the Risk Operations lifecycle
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with disciplined prioritization, execution rigor, and measurable outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering data, analytics, reporting, or automation solutions in financial services, risk, credit operations, or adjacent domains
  • Demonstrated leadership delivering material business outcomes and end-to-end execution ownership
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Proficiency in Python for analytics and automation use cases
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard development and operational reporting
  • Experience delivering intelligent automation using UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery aligned to strategic initiatives and operational needs
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into concise executive narratives and decision-ready insights
  • Experience leading change, upskilling others, and establishing durable operating routines

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Experience implementing measurable benefits tracking and benefits realization governance for automation and analytics programs
  • Familiarity with enterprise control, risk, and attestation processes supporting automation and reporting solutions
  • Experience modernizing collaboration and workflow processes using SharePoint Online and low-code tools
  • Experience identifying and framing AI/ML use cases and partnering with governance forums to advance delivery
  • Knowledge of credit application and data ecosystems spanning multiple platforms and data sources
  • Experience operating in a high-visibility environment supporting senior leaders with time-sensitive insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technology, data, operations, and risk partners
