Role: AI/ML Software Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI, Machine Learning, LLM, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to build production-ready AI applications.
6+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Machine Learning, and Software Development
Strong programming experience with Python
Hands-on experience with LLM, Generative AI, NLP, and OpenAI APIs
Experience with ML frameworks:
TensorFlow
PyTorch
Scikit-learn
Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments
Strong understanding of:
Machine Learning algorithms
Deep Learning
Classification
Regression
Time Series
Neural Networks
Generative Models (GANs, VAEs)
Experience with Prompt Engineering and Model Fine-tuning
Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
Knowledge of prompting techniques:
Chain-of-Thought
Tree-of-Thought
Graph-of-Thought
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML/LLM/GenAI solutions
Build NLP applications including summarization and text generation systems
Develop automated ML pipelines for model training and deployment
Fine-tune and optimize generative AI models for business use cases
Integrate OpenAI APIs and external AI services
Evaluate model performance and implement improvements
Monitor production models for accuracy, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and stakeholders
Communicate AI solutions and results to technical and non-technical teams
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and support partners.
Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and support commitments.
Participate in on-call support and production issue resolution activities when required.
Promote best practices, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives..
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting banking applications, payment systems, lending platforms, or financial transaction systems.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar monitoring platforms.
Familiarity with cloud-based application support environments.
Understanding of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
Experience with automation and scripting for operational efficiency.
ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent is a plus.
