What does an online curator do?

As an online curator, you work remotely to review content from a specific topic to promote and present the best options. Your duties are to locate and evaluate engaging and valuable content, organize digital content for accessibility, use social media and networks to share files, provide insight or relevant thoughts on the topic, and monitor how others interact with your choices to improve your picks. An online curator may work with painted art, photography, music, or other versions of art production. You may work for a gallery or an individual looking to expand their collection. If you work for a gallery, you may also have duties in the physical location.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an online curator, and why are they important?
