JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team at our Tempe, AZ headquarters. The role is responsible for a partnership relationship with a successful brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in B2C sales, proven experience managing sales professionals, and a commitment to fostering a positive, goal-oriented team culture.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
  • Hire, train, and onboard new sales team members in alignment with our culture and expectations.
  • Implement sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals and core values.
  • Monitor team performance, analyze sales metrics, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations to optimize the sales funnel and customer experience
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to drive accountability and motivation

Requirements
