  The role  

As a Content Strategist Lead, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what's possible. You bring 8+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. You will thrive in this role if you are:

Role responsibilities

  • Participate in project kickoff. 
  • Review the output of stakeholder interviews and synthesis, led by another role, and apply findings to content decisions. 
  • Contribute content-specific input to the competitive benchmark, which is led by the strategist and UX team. 
  • Contribute to and apply findings from the SEO/GEO report, which is led by the SEO specialist. 
  • Support the UX designer and visual designer in defining the design concepts and principles for the experience. 
  • Content audit: Assessment of existing content across the clients existing online properties to inform migration scope and the future content model. 
  • Consult on information architecture: Contribute the content point of view to the proposed future-state site structure and navigation model, developed jointly with the UX designer and SEO expert.
  • Content Model Develop a content model, define content types, relationships, and ownership, developed jointly with the product owner. 
  • Governance: Develop the approach to governance for future site content. 
  • High-level content guidelines: Produce high-level guidelines for content creation. 
  • Content Migration Support: Support content migration to the new platform and design. 
Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

  • 8-10+ years of experience in content strategy, including direct experience leading content strategy for luxury, premium consumer, or high-visibility B2B brands. 
  • Demonstrated experience defining content models, content types, and governance frameworks for CMS-driven platforms. 
  • Proven ability to translate technical or engineering-heavy source material into audience-appropriate messaging for multiple stakeholder groups, including B2B buyers and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. 
  • Experience partnering with UX, visual design, and development teams on content-informed design decisions. 
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with GEO / AI search optimization practices, including structured data and content structuring for LLM retrieval. 
  • Experience in regulated or highly structured content environments (aviation, aerospace, automotive, or similar a strong plus). 
  • Strong facilitation and documentation skills, with a track record of producing artifacts for both agency and client use. 
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple deliverables within a compressed, deadline-driven engagement. 
  • Advanced English Level.
  • Advanced French Level.
Nice to have qualifications  
  • Experience with Salesforce-integrated marketing websites or lead-generation content flows. 
  • Prior agency or consultancy experience. 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Excel, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Claude, or ChatGPT. 
  • Experience with composable website redesigns and re-platforms.
