Course: PHI194 | Bioethics (4 Credits)
Section WW: Asynchronous Online Course
This course explores contemporary topics in biomedical ethics through an understanding of foundational biological principles and multiple ethical perspectives. Students critically read, analyze, and discuss essays that contrast viewpoints on bioethical topics. Improvement of student writing is emphasized.
The College: The College of Arts and Sciences offers undergraduate and graduate programs through seven departments - Communication and Sociology; Computational and Physical Sciences; English, Modern Languages and Philosophy; History, Political Sciences and Religious Studies; Life Sciences; and Visual and Performing Arts.
