En Liebherr Colombia buscamos un(a) Auxiliar Administrativo(a) para apoyar la ejecucion de un nuevo proyecto de duracion determinada, brindando soporte administrativo, gestion documental y control de informacion en nuestra sede de Barranquilla. 

Esta posicion es ideal para personas con excelentes habilidades de comunicacion y relacionamiento, que disfruten interactuar con diferentes areas de la organizacion y establecer conexiones efectivas con colaboradores de distintos niveles jerarquicos, contribuyendo al logro de objetivos comunes.

Contrato temporal por 6 meses a traves de empresa temporal.

Principales Responsabilidades
  • Realizar el inventario y la actualizacion de la informacion de los activos fijos de la sede Barranquilla, asegurando la correcta identificacion, registro y control de los bienes de la compania.
  • Apoyar en la ejecucion de actividades administrativas requeridas para la continuidad operativa durante el proyecto.
  • Gestionar y mantener actualizada la documentacion, bases de datos y reportes asociados al proyecto, garantizando la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de la informacion.
  • Brindar atencion y soporte administrativo a proveedores vinculados con el proyecto, facilitando la comunicacion y el seguimiento de los requerimientos operativos.
Competencias requeridas
  • Tecnico o tecnologo en areas administrativas.
  • Experiencia minima de 6 meses en cargos administrativos o de soporte.
  • Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office.
  • Alta orientacion al detalle, organizacion y trabajo en equipo.
