Part Time/Full Time - Store Entry Level

Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Director of Online Shopping, Online Shopping Manager

Pyramid Foods believes in supporting our local communities and is dedicated to providing our customers and employees quality food and service at the best prices! In this friendly, flexible team environment, you will play an important role in helping us to provide outstanding service in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Your role in the store is to assist the Online Shopping Manager in shopping for online grocery orders while ensuring product quality and freshness.
Daily Operations
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service for all clientele
  • Adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies
  • Responsible for picking the product for customer's online orders ensuring that the freshest and highest quality products are selected, staged in the optimal temperature zones, and following customer notes, both written and verbal
  • Offering suitable substitutions that make sense when items are out of stock and recording the reason for the out of stock on the handheld device
  • Assisting with quickly retrieving orders from staging location(s) upon customer arrival, process payment and digital coupons, and load groceries into customer's vehicle while informing customers of any order modifications and offering a superior customer service
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the Curbside area, including staging areas in compliance with company procedures and policies
  • Providing in-store and online support for customer inquiries as they relate to the Curbside Program
  • Performing all other duties and tasks assigned by Management.

Company Standards
  • Maintaining adequate training for online shopping, cashiering, or other departments as needed
  • Following all process set forth by the company such as scanning all items that are bagged, correctly charging orders including accurate tax and services fees, and logging all customer orders
  • Report pricing, item location, and incorrect temperature discrepancies, and out of date products to the appropriate parties
  • Complying with all company policies including following dress code and wearing name tag

Basic Functions and Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use. Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
This is medium work requiring good, corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
