What You'll Do as a CNC Operator

  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including routers and mills, for production runs.
  • Load materials and verify proper machine setup before starting jobs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs.
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet production and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Record production data and communicate any issues to supervisors.
  • Coordinate with production and assembly teams to meet daily output goals.

  • Experienced CNC Operator: Brings at least 2 years of CNC experience, preferably working with wood, plastic, or poly materials.
