The Customer Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting a small team within the nutraceutical industry by managing customer communications and ensuring smooth order processing. This role involves direct interaction with customers via phone, in-person, email, and online chat, requiring strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The Customer Coordinator utilizes general office and specific CRM software to provide timely support and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, in-person, email, and online chat
  • Process and track customer orders accurately and timely
  • Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
