• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using a secure telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Conduct detailed biopsychosocial assessments to formulate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to address clients' relational and emotional challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in line with Nevada licensing standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping of treatment progress.
• Collaborate with other clinical team members to coordinate care, share insights, and enhance the overall treatment experience for clients.
• Engage in regular remote team meetings, participate in professional development training, and engage in supervision sessions as necessary.

The diverse clientele you will serve includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing relational dynamics, emotional difficulties, and behavioral challenges. • Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Nevada (interstate licensure is advantageous).
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of relational therapy and family systems.
• Capable of maintaining a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection, essential for effective teletherapy.

• Prior experience with telehealth therapy is preferred; however, training will be provided to enhance your skills and comfort with virtual care delivery.
• Experience in implementing therapeutic approaches such as EFT, CBT, and DBT will be beneficial.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
