An Online Banker is a banking professional who assists customers with financial transactions, account management, and banking services through digital platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and chat support. Their responsibilities include helping clients open accounts, transfer funds, pay bills, and resolve issues without the need for physical branch visits. Online Bankers are also trained to provide guidance on digital banking tools and ensure the security of customers' personal and financial information.
