Job description

The Universal Banker provides exceptional customer service while performing both Teller and Platform duties and will be expected to enthusiastically market the Bank’s products and services to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Service customers with non-complex platform needs.
  • Perform all Teller transactions and troubleshoot debit card and online banking issues.
  • Promote and market the Bank’s products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
Qualifications:
  • At least one year of previous Teller experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
