You will support the creative team by bringing creative concepts to life through exceptional execution and production. This role is execution-forward and production-focused, with a significant emphasis on presentation design, sales enablement materials, advertising production, and bringing creative concepts to life at scale. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration, allowing you to work flexibly while staying closely connected to the team. You will work alongside Art Directors and Senior Art Directors to deliver thoughtful, high-quality creative work in support of internal stakeholders. 

While this role contributes to concept development and creative ideation, it is primarily focused on bringing ideas to life through exceptional execution, production expertise, and high-quality deliverables across presentations, advertising, and marketing materials. This role is ideal for a designer who is both grounded in strong visual craft and excited to explore emerging creative technologies. You bring fluency across a variety of design and AI-powered tools, with a curiosity-driven mindset and a willingness to push boundaries in how ideas are conceived, visualized, and executed. 


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plays a role in the production, execution, and refinement of creative assets, ensuring concepts are translated into polished, stakeholder-ready deliverables. 
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, copywriters, and video team to produce visually compelling, on-brand creative. 
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, creating visually compelling presentations that balance strategic storytelling with strong design execution. 
  • Support advertising and campaign production by preparing, versioning, resizing, and adapting creative across multiple channels and formats. 
  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate production workflows, generate variations, and enhance the speed and quality of execution. 
  • Demonstrate a willingness to experiment with new tools, techniques, and technologies to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity. 
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality, timeline, and stakeholder expectations. 
  • Contribute ideas and creative solutions while embracing a significant role in execution, production, and delivery of finished work. 
  • Assist in preparing presentations and stakeholder-facing materials that clearly communicate creative concepts and rationale. 
  • Stay current with design trends, AI advancements, and evolving creative tools, continuously applying learnings to improve output.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, production design, or art direction, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating craft, execution, and production quality. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including presentation design, template creation, visual storytelling, and production of executive-level materials. 
  • Experience supporting advertising, campaign, or marketing production workflows across digital, print, social, and presentation channels. 
  • Fluency with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., image generation, design acceleration, concepting, or workflow tools), with an eagerness to test, learn, and evolve as tools change. 
  • Strong foundational design skills, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout. 
  • Clear communicator and collaborative teammate, able to take direction, incorporate feedback, and work independently when needed. 
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote productivity with in-office collaboration. 
  • Ability to be in-office 4 days per week.
