Job Type Faculty Position Title Online Adjunct Faculty Position Number FAJ997 Department Morehouse Online Location Morehouse College - Atlanta GA Position Summary
Under the guidance of the Associate Provost of Online Education, the Director of Online General Education seeks Online Adjunct Faculty members to teach general education courses to the adult student population in the Morehouse Online program.
Required Qualifications
  • A Master's in the applied concentration or a related field with extensive professional work experience in areas that allow for teaching specific course(s) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Doctorate degree is preferred.
  • Experience teaching online is preferred.

Preferred Education/Experience Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of specific academic discipline for the instruction.
  • Knowledge of pedagogical strategies and methods of student assessment.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas and techniques.
  • Proficient and functional knowledge of Blackboard and Moodle
