Job Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for helping to achieve company growth and profitability goals via implementation of improvements to marketing campaigns, performance analysis, and support for ongoing development to company marketing strategy. This position offers significant opportunities to work closely with management and executives and to perform a crucial role at a rapidly growing company.
This is hybrid position at our main location in Watertown, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior marketer and the recruitment team to achieve company goals via search, display, video, and social media advertising
- Media buying: build and update campaigns in Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Bing, Nextdoor, and LinkedIn self-serve ad platforms
- Performance analysis: analyze and report on full-funnel advertising performance; identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Creative development: develop, create, and test ads for evergreen campaigns, as well as new studies and locations
- Maintain and make suggestions for improvements to the Adams Clinical website, company listings, online participant reviews, and other web properties
- Assist in management of sponsor and IRB creative approval and revision process
- Stay apprised of digital trends and tools: bring new opportunities, products, and placements to the team to help grow, strengthen, and diversify ad campaigns
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role
- Experience managing large budgets across multiple ad platforms
- Extensive hands-on experience with self-serve online ad platforms
- Familiarity and comfort using Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Wordpress, Squarespace, Instapage, or an equivalent content management system to design and optimize landing pages
- Experience writing ad copy and executing on basic design work in Canva or an equivalent
- Understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.)
- Prior experience performing full-funnel marketing analysis and cohort analysis based on lead age, platform, location, etc.
- Familiarity and comfort with Salesforce functionality and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills: detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
