As our Development Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this exciting journey, guiding our food services projects to success. You’ll oversee every detail, ensuring our onigiri reaches more people without compromising on quality or timeliness.

Compensation:

$115,000 - $130,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Forecast monetary needs for the project and accurately manage the budget
  • Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects
  • Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts
  • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code
  • Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve favorable terms.
  • Proven track record of producing detailed progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Strong skills in budget estimation and financial management to control project costs effectively.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and timeline management to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Experience in supervising and directing contractors and laborers to maintain high-quality standards.
  • PMP is a bonus!
