Overview

Green Dispensary is a licensed cannabis retailer committed to providing safe, compliant, and high-quality products to our customers. We take pride in our customer service, regulatory compliance, and team-oriented culture.

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and timely delivery of cannabis products while maintaining strict adherence to Nevada state regulations and company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely and compliant manner
  • Verify customer identification and ensure all deliveries meet legal requirements
  • Always follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Contact customers prior to delivery to review orders, confirm details, and offer additional items when appropriate (upselling/add-ons)
  • Notify customers when you are on the route to provide accurate delivery timing
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
  • Maintain delivery logs and required documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the Green Dispensary brand professionally
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues

Compliance & Training Requirements:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with METRC regulations and tracking procedures
  • Stay current with all required OSHA safety training
  • Maintain proficiency in Dutchie POS system for order processing and accuracy
  • Utilize Onfleet for routing, delivery tracking, and communication
  • Adhere to all state and local cannabis delivery laws and company compliance protocols

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry packages

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, especially with customers over the phone
  • Comfortable handling cash and operating within a highly regulated environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior delivery or cannabis industry experience preferred, but not required
