Job Description

Our company is a growing insurance agency in Lutz, FL. We are currently in need of an account manager for our commercial lines customer base. Our focus is providing customers with tailored solutions to meet their business and employee needs. We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle clients needs in a timely manner. You will be responsible for managing accounts, growing client relationship and cross sell of other lines of coverage.
Responsibilities
Act as a main point of contact to current and prospective clients regarding their offer of property and casualty lines of business
Provide a consultative review and analysis of a client's existing policies.
Identify client needs and clearly presents options to clients
Performs timely follow-up with clients and maintains data in Pipeline
Develop long term relationships with clients
Cross sell lines of coverage within existing block of business
Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors
Knowledge of property & casualty policies, definitions and coverages
Knowledge of company services and products, and business profitability and risk management
Skill to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines, and be effective when working independently or cooperatively as a team member.
Ability to consistency report to work on time prepared to perform other duties as assigned.

* 220 license preferred.
